License Terms

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, AURELIA Technologies Inc. ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AURELIA software ("Software") in accordance with the license tier you have purchased or are using under the free tier.

2. Permitted Use

You may install and use the Software on computers owned or controlled by you, provided that the number of concurrent users does not exceed the licensed amount. The Software may be used for personal, educational, or commercial purposes as permitted by your license tier.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
  • Use the Software for any illegal purpose
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by AURELIA Technologies Inc. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
