General terms for using the AURELIA website and AURELIA Desktop software.

Summary

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AURELIA website and the AURELIA Desktop software (together, the “Services”). If you are using AURELIA under an enterprise agreement, that agreement controls for any conflict.

AURELIA is developed by RASSU-MANHE Technology Solutions.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Using the software

  • You are responsible for how you use AURELIA and for your content.
  • You must comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
  • You may not misuse the Services (e.g., attempt to compromise security, distribute malware, or interfere with service operation).

3. Licensing and subscriptions

AURELIA may be offered with free and paid tiers, including one-time desktop licenses and subscription plans. Subscription features may require online validation while active. Desktop licenses and cloud subscriptions may be validated independently.

4. Third-party services

If you use AI features with third-party providers (including BYO-Key), those providers’ terms and privacy policies apply. You are responsible for configuring and paying for any third-party services you choose to use.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software and website content, are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly stated, these Terms do not grant you ownership of AURELIA.

6. No warranty

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
